We offer this website, including all information, products, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE IS GOVERNED BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND INDICATES THAT YOU AGREE WITH AND ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED ON OUR WEBSITE. THIS SALE AGREEMENT IS A BINDING LEGAL CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND THE FLORAL SOURCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THEFLORALSOURCE.COM.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website at any time, without prior notice. Your use of this website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. Therefore, we recommend you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use our website.


ACCOUNT

The Floral Source is a Business-to-Business (B2B) company, and requires our customers to be a registered business. We collect basic contact information, and hold on-file a copy of your Tax ID and a completed Sales & Use Tax Exempt Form (if applicable with your state). Wholesale Account Form


ORDERING

No same day ordering for shipping.

The Floral Source is not held responsible for inaccurate shipping information and delivery date. If you provide inaccurate information to us, and the package has already shipped, we will be unable to ship replacements or issue a refund and any claims will be denied.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Customers must provide 24 hours notice before shipping. Some farms require a longer lead-time, which is specified on that specific listing.

You will received tracking information by 10pm EST the day before your package is expected to arrive. If you do not receive this tracking information, it is your responsibility to notify The Floral Source immediately.

All shipments are sent Priority overnight by FedEx, and will either reach you by 12 Noon or 5pm. If you do not get your package on time, it is your responsibility to notify The Floral Source immediately to help aid you in finding it. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to track and receive your package.

The Floral Source does not require a signature to deliver. The customer is responsible for accepting the delivery. FedEx may or may not leave it at the door, it's up to the discretion of the driver. The customer is responsible for tracking their shipment. Once The Floral Source gives the customer their tracking number, the customer is responsible for reporting any issues.

The Floral Source is not responsible for stolen boxes or damaged product due to being left on the porch during inclement weather.

The Floral Source is not responsible for FedEx or shipping delays, as we cannot control the weather or mechanical delays that impact shipping carriers. Customers who are not present at time of delivery requiring FedEx to hold onto the package forfeit any rights to refunds, no exceptions. If you miss your delivery, it is your responsibility to coordinate a redelivery or pickup. The Floral Source is unable to help with redelivery.


CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Pre-orders may not be canceled. Orders placed after pre-order deadline, or outside the holiday shop may request cancellation with more than one week notice of ship date. Refund requests made within one week of ship date will be at the discretion of the farm.

Refunds issued due to quality will be issued on a case-by-case situation. No refunds will be issued for shipping charges.

In extreme weather conditions that affect shipping, The Floral Source reserves the right to cancel shipments with 24-hour notice.

If you live in areas that have below freezing temperatures in the winter or spring, or extreme heat in the spring and summer, we will not accept responsibility for damaged or frozen products. Once the box ships from the farm, the risk is on the consumer. FedEx will not refund perishable products as well.


PRODUCT QUALITY

Product is shipped overnight directly to you within days of harvest.

It is the customer's responsibility to properly receive, process, hydrate, and care for flowers. The Floral Source is not liable for products mishandled by customers.

A few broken stems are to be expected in transport, and will not be refunded. However, if a whole bunch is damaged, you are required to submit a claim via email within 24 hours of receiving to The Floral Source with photos.

We cannot guarantee shades of colors. For example, we cannot guarantee pure white, there may be yellow in the center.


SUBSTITUTIONS

The customer understands that depending on seasonality and availability, substitutions may be made at any time with a comparable flower and/or foliage by The Floral Source and its partnering farms.
